Payment and Terms

Prices

All items are subject to prior sale. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars. A currency converter is provided at the bottom of this page.

Shipping and insurance costs and taxes where applicable will be added to the purchase price.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We are obliged to collect GST from all Canadian customers and PST from Ontario residents. This will be added to your purchase price. Vendors, please supply a Retail Sales Purchase Exemption Certificate.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.

Payment

Showroom customers - Visa, Mastercard, Interac, cash and local cheques are accepted at our showroom.

On-line customers - Payment is requested within two weeks of confirmation of sale, by certified cheque, money order, or bank draft in US or Canadian dollars. You may also phone in a Visa or Mastercard payment.

We accept personal checks from Canadian and US customers for items under $50 but shipping may be delayed until the check clears.

For our on-line customers, we also accept PayPal. Click on the PayPal link below. Our PayPal recipient address is our email address hiddenvalleyantiques@yahoo.com.

Shipping

We ship by Canpar or by Canada Post. Items over $ 100 value will be shipped insured with a tracking number.

Fedex service is available upon request.

The actual shipping and insurance cost is added to your purchase price.

The buyer is responsible for any import, customs duties or local importation fees.

Large Items

Items marked as large items cannot be shipped. Contact us for pick-up arrangements. Local delivery is available. These items cannot be returned. Please check your item on delivery or pick-up.

Returns

Contact us for information and authorization prior to returning any purchased items. All returned items must be in original condition (as in our photo file), packaged properly in the original packaging and insured. Items marked as large items cannot be returned.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is always respected. No information you share with us will be given to any other person or organization. We do not make our sales histories or customer lists available to any other organizations or persons. We do not have direct access to credit card numbers for our on-line customers.
